Dr Christina Bjorndal, ND will be speaking about “Taming Your Inner Critic-how to navigate fear and live your life with freedom from anxiety. She is coming all the way from Edmonton, Alberta Canada to share this special day with us.

Dr Bjorndal is a best selling author of Beyond the Label, 10 Steps to Improve Your Mental Health with Naturopathic Medicine. She has also appeared on Global TV, and has shared her wellness philosophy with audiences from platforms such as the Jenny McCarthy show, the International Bipolar Foundation, and many health summits and docuseries.

When she isn’t helping clients in her clinic or online, to create healthier, and happier lives, she is writing more books, teaching other doctors and still has time to be a wonderful mother, loving wife, dedicated friend, and avid explorer. I’m so honored to welcome her to Indiana on Nov 1st!

Dr Becca Nicholson, ND, SEP is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Fort Wayne, Indiana and the Treasurer to the Indiana Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She will be speaking about The Intersection of Mind and Body: How Trauma Informs Our Physical Health. Dr Becca has recently completed training in Somatic Experiencing for trauma resolution and will bring that expertise to the stage at Nourish.

Dr. Becca specializes in complex chronic illnesses, including mold illness, PANS/PANDAS, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune conditions, chronic infections, mental health, and digestive issues. She is trained to look beyond your list of symptoms and see you as a whole person, helping uncover and overcome the barriers to health and wellness. She spends the time it takes to listen to your whole story and discover the underlying cause of your health issues. Her approach is thorough, as she pieces together your unique story to uncover the underlying causes of your illness.

When Dr Becca isn’t helping people in her clinic, she loves the outdoors, camping and hiking or simply connecting with the plants in her backyard. Raising her son, Olin, with her husband, Lynn, is her greatest joy. And experiencing live music, especially when her husband is on stage playing the mandolin with her favorite band, Debutants.

Panel Discussion with INANP

Throughout the day at the Nourish Women’s Health Conference, we’re excited to offer you the chance to have your health questions answered by an expert panel of naturopathic doctors. This interactive session allows attendees to submit their questions anonymously, with a focus on general health and wellness.

While we’re unable to offer specific medical advice or recommendations, our panel of experienced NDs will provide insights into a wide range of topics, including hormone balance, nutrition, gut health, skin care, and more. In addition, we’ll be placing an emphasis on balancing nervous system health, so feel free to ask about mental and emotional well-being, stress management, anxiety, and other related topics. Whether you're curious about natural remedies, healthy lifestyle practices, or tips for overall wellness, this panel will offer general guidance rooted in holistic, evidence-based naturopathic principles.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable information and empower yourself with practical tools to support your health journey. Please remember to keep your questions general so that we can address them appropriately and within the scope of the session.
